1 avocado 
3-4 slices tomato
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Toast Ezequiel bread. Add tomato slices and avocado slices. Drizzle olive oil all over and salt and pepper to taste

Burrata cheese 
Pesto sauce
Cherry Tomatoes (garnish with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper )
Prosciutto crudo 

Basil for garnish

Salt and fresh pepper to taste.

Preparation

Prepare a plate or a wood table.

Place Burrata cheese over pesto sauce. Arrange prosciutto cotto  and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with pesto sauce or olive oil. Taste with salt and pepper.

Very very fresh!!! This yummy apple salad is one of favorites ever.
Delicious recipe for a special celebration. 

Ingredients

6 apples skinless chopped 
3 sticks Celery chopped
1/2 cup nuts chopped
1 Tbs mayonnaise 
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl toss all ingredients together.
