I love this healthy snack all year around!!!!! Ingredients 450 grams dried chickpeas 3 cloves garlic 2 bay leaves 2 Tb. tahini 3 Tb. Olive oil plus more for drizzle 4 Tb. fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. salt Paprika for garnish Preparation Wash dried chickpeas and put in a large pot cover with enough water.
