Ingredients 2 1/2 kg. Sweet pumpkin 4 cinnamon sticks 6 cloves 1 16 oz. Sweet cap (panela or molded Tapa de Dulce) ¼ cup water Preparation Wash and cut the sweet pumpkin in large pieces with skin (as you see in the picture) In a large saucepan put the sweet cap in the bottom, then pumpkin pieces, cinnamon sticks and cloves and add water, cover and bring to a boil in a low heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until pumpkin are tender. Serve hot or room temperature.
