    Tips to Make a special fruit cake. -Use a good quality liquor to marinated the fruits.(such moscatel or Oporto red wine) -Marinated at least 1 month in advance -When cake is done and cool, wrap with aluminum foil paper or parchment paper. Every two or 3 days unwrap, add 1 tablespoon liquor and wrap again.
