Ready to be roasted!


After the Holidays we have to start making a healthy food. These chicken breast are ideal for a good start

Preparation Marinate Chicken breast with fresh lemon or lime juice, chopped garlic, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 425F.

Line tray with foil-paper.

Cover with fresh spinach, place chicken breast over spinach bed, add some green onions, drizzle some olive oil all over, garnish with some fresh lemon or lime slices and bake for about 40 minutes or until done.
