Perfect recipe for cookout or a warm holiday meal.
4 lbs. whole beef tenderloin
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. tarragon
1 tsp. fresh rosemary chopped
2 Tbs extra olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. fresh black pepper.
Make a paste with mash garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, basil, tarragon and olive oil.
Season generously whole beef tenderloin with the paste.
Keep in a plastic box in the refrigerator at least overnight
Grill-roasted over direct fire to sear, then put over indirect fire until done.
Tip: if you want you can grill some vegetables such as zucchinis, potatoes, corn on the grill as well.
