A side dish which very body love it!!! Serve on the side with any meal or as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
2 ripe plantains peeled and cut in slices
¼ cup canola oil
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
Sugar to dash
In a large skillet heat the oil. Use medium heat. When the oil is heat, start frying the slices in batches, until brown and tender on both sides. About 2 minutes each side. Remove from pan and rest on paper towel.
Serve hot and dash with sugar or sugar and cinnamon.
