Homemade Hummus

I love this healthy snack all year around!!!!!
Ingredients
450 grams dried chickpeas
3 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves
2 Tb. tahini
3 Tb. Olive oil plus more for drizzle
4 Tb. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika for garnish
Preparation
Wash dried chickpeas and put in a large pot cover with enough water. Add garlic and bay leaves and cook in medium-high heat when start boiling, low down the heat to a medium-low until done. (Reserve ¼ cup water) and discard bay leaves.
Put half cooked and dried chickpeas in the food processor or blender with water and mix until smooth, then, add lemon juice, olive oil, the rest of chickpeas, tahini and salt. Place the hummus in a nice bowl and drizzle with olive oil and dash with paprika. Serve with pita bread or row vegetables.
