Roasted Salmon with Dill

Great taste!!!


4 salmon filet

3 sprigs fresh dill

2 cloves garlic minced

1Tb. Olive oil

2 red onion cut in half

1 red bell pepper

2 Tb. Fresh lemon juice

Salt to taste

Fresh pepper for taste


Pre heat oven to 400F

Marinate salmon filets with lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Place marinate salmon filets in a glass dish, cover with fresh dill. Put on the side onion and bell pepper, drizzle with olive oil and bake about 20 minute or until done.

Serve immediate with mash potatoes and green roasted asparagus.
