Caprese Salad Deluxe

Fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella have never tasted greater than in a salad like this. Just enjoy it! Perfect for summer and spring.


Serving 4-6




2 large vine-ripped tomatoes (sliced ¼ “)

2 large plum tomatoes (sliced1/4”)

2 large yellow teardrop tomatoes (cut in half)

6 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)

Sea salt to taste

Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Extra virgin-olive oil to drizzle (about 3T)

1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced ¼” thick)

¼ cup fresh basil leaves.




Thick Slices vine-ripped and plum tomatoes and cut the cherry and yellow teardrop in half. 

Arrange the tomatoes and cheese on a platter. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil over and sprinkle with the basil leaves and add sea salt and fresh black pepper to serve. 


Tip: If you want you can substitute basil leaves for arugula and dried oregano for fresh black pepper.


Serve with fresh bread
