Grilled Branzino stuffed with citrus and fresh herbs

Delicious for summer!!!!

Very healthy option for the end of the summer. Stoning presentation !!!


2 whole branzino(about 2 pounds each)

2 sprigs fresh rosemary

2 sprigs fresh thyme

4 lemons(thin slices)

2 limes(thin sliced)

Olive oil

Sea salt

Freshly black pepper


Prepare the grill with enough coals to obtain a very hot fire. The fish has to be grill over direct heat.

Wash and dry the fish(inside and outside)

Lightly salt and pepper the fish cavities

Stuff each cavity with thin slices of lemon and limes and sprigs fresh herbs

Brush both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

Rub the grate of the grill with oil and lay the fish in the grill for about 5 to 7minutes per side.

Place the plate with lemon slices and fresh herbs.

Serve right away
