Chicken Fajitas

Homemade Fajitas are a good option to share with friends and family. Everybody loves this easy recipe.




2 pounds chicken breast skinless and boneless

3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

1 large onion

1 large red pepper

1large green pepper

1 Tbs. oil 

1/2 tsp. Dry cilantro

1/4 tsp. Paprika

Salt  and pepper to taste

1/4 tsp. Jalapeño powder (optional)

For garnish

1Tbs. Fresh cilantro chopped

6 lemon wedges 

6 slices avocado 

2 fresh tomato’s chopped





Slice the chicken breast and

Marinaded  with lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and cilantro at least half hour in advance.

Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet add the chicken slices and leave for 3-4 minutes each side or until light brown add onion and Peppers, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender.

Serve immediately  with warm tortillas and some fresh tomato on the side and some avocado slice (optional)

Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges
