Gallo Pinto with Tortilla and Fried Cheese

This is a great meal to start your day! ”GALLO PINTO TICO” with Tortillas and fried Cheese!
Ingredients
2 cups back or red beans cooked with some liquid. 3 cups white rice cooked 2 clove garlic finely chopped 1 small onion finely chopped ½ bell red or green pepper finely chopped 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Salt to taste 2 teaspoons Salsa Lizano or any Worcestershire sauce Preparation
Sautee onion, garlic and pepper with oil for about 5 minutes in moderate heat. Add beans, salsa and salt and let to simmer in a very low heat for about 5 to 8 minutes. Add rice and cilantro. Mix with fork. Cover and let them warm about 10 minutes in a very low heat.
