Crunch Chocolate Roll

Special recipe for chocolate lovers!!!




4 eggs, yolks and whites separated

1 stick of butter

1 cups Flour (less than 2 tbsp.)

1 cup Sugar

2 tbs. Unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp. Baking powder

1/2 cup water

1 tsp. Vainilla

1/4 tsp salt

1 can condensed milk

1 cup walnuts chopped

Confectioners sugar to dust




Preheat oven 325 Arrange jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper

Melt butter and add over parchment paper, add in chopped walnuts and set aside

Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside

Beat egg yolks, sugar, add in dry ingredients, alternate with water and vanilla

Put in jelly pan and bake for 25 minutes or until done.

Cool in pan some minutes, invert over wet towel.

Roll until cool.

Unroll and dust with confectioners sugar.
