Radish Salad

Pick up some fresh radish from the farmer's market and make this healthy salad. Spring is the perfect time to make this easy recipe.
Ingredientes
10 fresh radish (sliced thin)
2 tomatoes ( wages)
2 cups Baby Arugula leaves
1 cup Baby Spinach leaves
1 Tbs. Olive oil
2 Lemons (juice)
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Marinate radish slices with fresh lemon juice and salt, covered and set aside, at least 1 hour in advance
Do the same with tomatoes wages
In a large bowl Toss baby arugula and baby spinach, add olive oil, add tomatoes and radish, toss all the ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
