Key Lime Pie

Try Fresh recipes for the summer. key lime pie is a great one!!!!
Cookie Crust
15-20 Maria cookies from Goya
3 tbs. butter (melted)
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2 tbs. Sugar
Blend cookies until finely crumbs
Add remaining ingredients and press into a pie plate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Meantime make the filling
Filling
1/2 cup Fresh squeeze lime juice
1 tsp. Lime zest
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
Mix all the ingredients and put in the cookie crust. Decorate with fresh limes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
Serve plain or add a scoop of whipped cream
