Made with fresh herbs from my garden! Delicious and really easy to make!




2 Tilapia filets

1 lemon (juice)

Fresh asparagus 

Baby kale

Fresh English thyme

Olive oil

Salt and pepper





Preheat oven to 400f

In a medium ovenproof dish arrange a bed of baby kale then put over tilapia filets and asparagus, add fresh lemon juice all over, salt, pepper, olive oil and garnish with fresh English thyme.

Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done

Serve immediately 

And enjoy it!!!!
