Paella Valenciana

Paella is a Spain’s National dish from Valencia area. Paella means pan, which means you have to use a special pan called paellera to make a real paella. 
Have fun make it. This dish is special for a romantic dinner for two or just make it for entertainment with friends and family. Paella is a very popular dish all over the year.

Ingredientes
1 small chicken cut in pieces
1/2 rabbit cut in pieces (opcional)
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Paprika 
1 tomato cut in pieces
1 cup sweet peas
1 cup green beans cut in 1 inch.
I red pepper cut in slices
1 1/2 cups rice( paella rice or short grain rice)
Saffron 
Salt to taste 

Heat paella pan over medium-high heat.
Add olive oil, add red pepper slices and cook until soft. Set aside for garnish.
Add  meats and cook until brown for both sides. Move the meat to the sides of the paellera and add tomate, sweet peas, green beans and mix well 
Season with paprika,salt and saffron.
Add enough   water to cover the top of the pan, and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes or until  get a tasty broth
Add rice all over the pan and leave it to boil, when liquide has been evaporated reduce heat to a low for about 20 minutes,  garnish with red pepper, cover with aluminum paper and remove from heat.
Serve hot.
