Artisanal Burrata

Burrata cheese 
Pesto sauce
Cherry Tomatoes (garnish with balsamic, olive oil, salt and pepper )
Prosciutto crudo 

Basil for garnish

Salt and fresh pepper to taste.




Prepare a plate or a wood table.

Place Burrata cheese over pesto sauce. Arrange prosciutto cotto  and cherry tomatoes. Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with pesto sauce or olive oil. Taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with focaccia bread
