WORKSHOPS

The workshops consist in both a hands on experience and a brief discussion on the cultural and historic value of the theme food that we work on.

 

So far I've done workshops on Tapas from Spain, Costa Rican meals, Latin American food, BBQ  etc.. 

 

My main goal is for each workshop to be unique and for the people who join to learn both the technique and the cultural value of what they are making.
